Accessible Parking
-
Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The attached Kiel Garage features 24 parking spaces for guests with disabilities. These spaces are located throughout the facility on all levels next to the elevators. Spaces featuring accessibility for oversized vans are available on the first level of the garage. Spaces in the garage are pre-sold on a season ticket basis for St. Louis Blues games and are available on a first-come, first-served basis for other events.
-
Accessible Seating
-
Enterprise Center provides areas suitable for people with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). One companion seat is available for each seat reserved for a guest with a disability. These seats are provided in a wide variety of price ranges for all events.
We strongly encourage guests to call our Box Office ADA hotline to purchase accessible seats. The ADA hotline phone number is (314) 622-5420.
For many Enterprise Center events, a limited number of accessible seating options are available on site for guests who did not previously purchase accessible seating. To inquire about these on site options, please go to the Ticketmaster Box Office located across from Portal 4 on the Plaza concourse.

Guests wishing to check out a device must leave a driver’s license or credit card and upon the return of the device in the same condition, the collateral will be returned. Devices are handed out on a first come, first served basis and are provided free of charge.
